It has been a month since I landed in Bangalore and to those who do not already know, I live in a seedy area called Murugeshpalyam (near the old airport) where Tamil and Telugu are the primary spoken languages. [Genuine cosmopolitian ambience. Good thing that I know Tamil and a bit of Telugu :) ].
There have been a lot of superb experiences in the Garden City and the past month has been an eventful one. Wanted to write a post on that but the work pressure had gotten the better of me. Ok, this small post is an excerpt from the Sunday Times.
Puneeth Rajkumar a.k.a Powerstar ( ROTFL !), the great actor of Sandalwood [Kannada Film Industry, for those who are not aware of the term ] met a reporter of TOI when he was jogging near his residence. Supposedly, the 'powerstar' told the reporter about his workout routines and stuff. And today as all the filmstars are dying for sixpack abs, the reporter asked him:
"Okay, you are working out really hard. Aiming for a six pack?"
Our great powerstar replies - "Six pack? I would rather have a family pack!!"
LOL!

Powerstar!!? Jesus.... Who the hell comes up with these names? challenging star, hatrick hero... gimme a break people!
Dude I lived in Murugesh palya when I was doing training. Its a very bad place indeed with butchers, stray dogs, and a gutter river. Moreover the only veg restaurant close to the area was Udupi Park. Move elsewhere dude for the sake of health and peace.
@ Thechaosmonger: Absolutely hallowed!! :)
@Rakesh Babu: Screw the butchers man. There are lot of kickass babes out here. A huge chunk of the IT population lives here man. That nullifies the effect of any kind of sewage rivers and stray dogs.
Nothing comes without a price, PSB Sir himself used to say so.
